The history of Russian-Brazilian relations goes back more than two centuries, but right now they are about to enter a new stage in a multipolar world, built on the principles of equal partnership, in order to actively interact at the political, economic, cultural, scientific, and civilizational levels.
In this context, The International Russian-Brazilian Center sets an ambitious goal to bring cooperation between the two countries in the field of humanitarian knowledge to a new level.
The Center is assigned the role of a key platform for a dialogue between Russian and Brazilian scientists, as well as for a training specialists - political scientists, anthropologists, international affairs and regionalists - who will be able to pick up and develop this dialogue in the future.
