06.06.2026 “RECITATION OF PUSHKIN’S POEMS IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES”

International poetry online festival “Recitation of Pushkin’s poems in different languages” was a joint project of several universities for over the world.

50 students and teachers took part in this event dedicated to Great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin’s birthday celebration and recited his poems not only in Russian and English, but also in Indian languages: Hindi, Marathi, and Bhojpuri.

The festival featured very different poems by Alexander Pushkin in different languages. The most popular Pushkin’s poems among students from India, Russia and the USA countries were the following: “I loved you...”, “I remember a wonderful moment,” “If life deceives you,” “The Prophet.”

Foreign students delighted Russian teachers with their excellent pronunciation and expressiveness in reading the Great Russian poet's poems.

The event delighted all participants and guests of the festival.
