is holding a spiritual and moral event, "Yoga: Where Sport Meets Spirituality."

The event will feature a master class by Mr. Bhup Singh Thakur, JNCC yoga teacher
The event is dedicated to the well-being and health of young people.
Under the guidance of Mr. Bhup Singh Thakur, Russian students will be introduced not only to asanas but also to the profound philosophy underlying yoga. Students will learn about an ancient holistic practice aimed at unifying the body, mind, and soul, ultimately leading to stress reduction, mental clarity, and the unleashing of hidden potential.
