Realism of two Worlds: painting by Shanti Kushwaha 24, 2026 at 05.00 pm
The opening of the personal exhibition of the Russian artist Ms. Shanti Kushwaha "Breath of India" will take place on March 24, 2026 at 05.00 pm in the Large Exhibition Hall (6th floor, right wing) at the Russian State University for the Humanities (the RSUH) within the framework of the Cultural festival “India Day”.
The event is organized jointly with the Museum Center and the Institute of Linguistics. The exhibition will become an important part of the festival program, bringing together teachers, students studying the Hindi language.
Ms. Shanti Kushwaha works in various genres of realistic art. Her work unites two cultures – Russia and India.
The exhibition features 60 works by the artist. Special attention is paid to the beauty and diversity of India: nature, unique architecture, folk customs and cultural symbols. Along with the Indian theme, the artist is inspired by the beauty of Russian nature and cultural heritage.
The artist's exhibition will run from March 12 to April 3, 2026.
