International Online Literary Festival "Translations of Alexander Pushkin's Fairy Tales into the World Languages"

  Students from the RSUH and Indian universities will recite the Great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin's fairy tales’ translations in various languages – Russian, Marathi, Hindi, Dutch, Spanish, French, English, and others.

Alexander Pushkin's works, including his fairy tales, have been translated into over 200 languages. During his lifetime, Alexander Pushkin wrote six fairy tales, one of which was unfinished. All of his tales, except for the unfinished one, were translated into English from the 19th to the 21st centuries, primarily in the UK, USA, and Ireland. Studying his work is an integral part of the curriculum of every school in Russia.
