Meeting with Hindi Department of the JNU on April 29, 2025

Russian State University for the Humanities students and teacher Indira Gazieva visited the Centre of Indian Languages of Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. It was an unbelievable interactive meeting with MA students and teachers of Hindi Department.
The RSUH students’ language tour to Indian and meeting with visit JNU is supported by the financial support of the Jawaharlal Nehru Cultural Centre of the Indian Embassy in Moscow and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
The RSUH students met with Prof. Dr. Bandana Jha, Prof, Dr. Deo Shankar Navin, Prof. Dr. Ram Chandra, Prof. Dr. Udayanath Sahoo, Dr. Nasib Alim Assistant professor.
RSUH students were greeted according the Indian style: one of the beautiful student made pooja and applied a red tilak to Russian delegation as a sign of greeting and respect.
Professor Dr. Devendra Kumar Choubey introduced the Russian students and teacher to the members of the department and master's students who are writing their theses in Hindi.
RSUH students presented themselves, told about their plans for the future, recited poems in Hindi and sang songs.
We are very appreciate to all members of Hindi Department that they founded time to meet Russian students.
