The program “Hospitality Management” is offered at the Faculty of Oriental Studies and Social & Communicative Sciences.
Program Objective
The goal of the program is to train professionals in the hospitality sector with a focus on understanding the impact of economic, communicative, and psychological processes on the operations of hotel enterprises under modern conditions.
What skills will you gain?
- Evaluate the quality of technological processes in hotels and other accommodation facilities.
- Develop production and technological operations of hotels and related enterprises.
- Ensure service quality and provide hospitality products for different categories and groups of clients.
- Manage personnel in hospitality enterprises and organizations.
- Apply digital and communication technologies to promote various accommodation facilities.

Languages:
- Two foreign languages: English and a European language (French, German, or Spanish) starting from the 2nd year.
- A number of advanced courses (2nd–4th year), such as Contemporary Trends in Hospitality Development, Tourist and Recreational Centers of the World’s Macro-Regions, Organization of Cultural and Leisure Activities, Ethno-cultural Specifics of Hospitality Services, are taught in English.
Practical Training
Students undertake internships in major domestic and international hotel chains, resorts, sanatoriums, and other accommodation facilities.
