Tuition-free (for compatriots living abroad, based on competitive test results)

Passport (copy of the first page with translation into Russian, if the document does not contain information in Russian, page with visa, if available).
Document (diploma) on the latest education level, with legalization/apostille / (if necessary) and a notarized translation (you will eventually have to provide the original document).
Certificate of general health status; confirmation of negative HIV/AIDS test results, medical certificate 086/у/.
One 3x4 photo (black and white or color, matte).

Fill out the electronic registration form.
Come to the Office of International Relations with the documents at the following address: metro Novoslobodskaya/Mendeleevskaya, Miusskaya Sq. 6, korpus 6, 3rd floor, room 302/send them via e-mail (scans in good quality) to inter@rggu.ru.
You need to submit the documents on time.
If accepted, sign a consent for admission.

Citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan have the right to compete for state-financed (tuition-free) spots on the same basis as citizens of the Russian Federation, without any additional documents
In addition, compatriots living abroad with foreign citizenship have this right also. To confirm the compatriot, status, the applicant must submit the documents (birth certificate, passport) proving that his/her ancestors (parents, grandparents) are/were citizens of the Russian Federation
All other categories of foreign citizens can attend RSUH only on a tuition-paying basis or as part of the quota set by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
