The program focuses on a modern model of training lawyers in the field of financial activity, combining both an in-depth study of theoretical foundations of legal regulation of the financial services market and applied legal skills, allowing the graduates to begin practical work immediately upon completion of training. The training of lawyers in the field of regulation and protection of the rights of financial subjects capable of independent analytical, design, research, consulting, organizational, legal and scientific-pedagogical activities, is a popular M.A. track. The acquired competencies allow the graduates to carry out high-level official and other professional duties.

Types of professional activity: law-making; law enforcement; counseling; organization and management; academic; education.

Key disciplines of the program: Legal regulation of national and international payment systems; Banking systems of foreign countries; Current financial law; Legal support of investment activities; Legal support of customs procedures; Legal regime of internal and external national debt; Legal regulation of financial activities in free economic zones and offshore zones; Legal aspects of insurance premiums to state extra-budgetary funds; Bank of Russia as a mega-regulator of the financial market.
