The program is offered at the Center "New Russia. History of post-Soviet Russia» at the Faculty of Archival Affairs of the Institute of History and Archives of RSUH.

The relevance of the program rests on its direct connection with modern trends in the social development of the Russian Federation, and the growing international role of Russia. The advantages of the program in relation to similar programs of other universities can be clearly seen in its integrated approach and a high level of development of its content.

Types of occupation: research, pedagogical, analytical, organizational, managerial, cultural and educational activities.

Areas of occupation: research, education, expert analysis.

Key disciplines of the program include the disciplines of historical, economic, political, cultural, information and analytical units that provide the core set of skills to be employed in a wide range of organizations, such as state bodies, public organizations, analytical centers, educational institutions, the media, online campaigns, and business structures.

M.A. studies comprise the following tracks: "Anthropology and Ethnology", "International Relations", "History of Art", "Journalism", " Archives and records management", "Linguistics”, “Management”, “Tourism”, “Economics”, “Foreign area studies” and others.
