Theater and cinema as synthetic arts are one of the most relevant phenomena of our time, naturally combining the achievements of classical traditions and reflecting the current state of postmodern culture.
Domestic theater and film studies have rich traditions. However, this program supplements and continues them, taking into account the current state of the mass media, the advent of the Internet, and the rapid development of modern information technologies.
