The course aims to form a systemic view of American culture and enhance the knowledge about the geography, history and values of the USA of 17 to 21 centuries. The course implies the development of critical thinking skills through evaluating the elements of American culture in the historical perspective, getting awareness of American norms, values and traditions, the development of translation skills within the framework of the themes, mastering the presentation skills through the analysis of a wide range of materials.
