A Union of Education, Business, and Innovation: RSUH and the Commercial Bank “Khlynov” Will Train Personnel for the Digital Economy

RSUH and the commercial bank “Khlynov” have signed a cooperation agreement. The document provides for the creation of a personnel reserve for the digital economy.

The agreement was signed by Rector of RSUH Andrei Loginov and Chairman of the Board of the bank “Khlynov” Ilia Prozorov at the educational center “Sirius” during the V Congress of Young Scholars. At the foundation of the document lies a comprehensive program that combines four elements: traditions, theory, advanced practice, and real tasks. RSUH and the bank “Khlynov” will train specialists in areas crucial for the banking sector.

These include risk management, cyber security, law, financial literacy, marketing, information technologies, personnel management, and artificial intelligence. Joint work will allow the partners to respond systematically to market challenges — from big data analysis and information security to the transformation of approaches in marketing and human resources.
