Professor at RSUH became the winner of the Moscow Government Award for young scholars in the Humanities category

On February 7, in the White Hall of the Moscow City Hall, a solemn ceremony was held to award the Moscow Government Prize to young scholars for 2023.

In the Humanities category, the diploma was awarded to Evgenia Dolgova, Director of the Center for the History of Russian Science and Academic and Technological Development, Chairman of the Council of Young Scholars, for a series of academic works on the history of the Soviet academic community, its transformation in the conditions of socio-political changes and academic and technological challenges of the 20th century.

Among the academic publications of Evgenia Dolgova are three monographs “The Birth of Soviet Science: Scientists in the 1920-1930s”, “Student Notes of the Institute of Red Professors: Source and Research”, “Scientist in the Age of Change”, more than 130 academic articles in leading peer-reviewed journals. The scholar described the structural changes in the domestic academic community in the 20th century.
