On behalf of the RSUH community and of myself personally, I would like to wish you a happy anniversary! Every milestone of your biography is an example of true service to our Motherland. You stood at the origins of the modern Russian political system. It is thanks to your efforts that state institutions in our country function as a single mechanism, consistently and effectively implementing the will of citizens and protecting their interests. You can rightfully be called one of the most experienced and effective diplomats of modern Russia. Your talent for conducting negotiations and your deep understanding of mutual interests are vividly manifested today in your work with fraternal Belarus. Future political scientists, public administrators, and international relations specialists at RSUH have much to learn from you: strategic thinking, the art of diplomacy, and, most importantly, selfless dedication to the interests of the Motherland. We wish you strong health, inexhaustible energy, strength of spirit, and new successes in all your endeavors for the benefit of Russia and the Union State!
