On December 21, a ceremony was held at RSUH to sign a cooperation agreement between RSUH and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for the Promotion and Support of Youth and Student Initiatives “History of the Future”. The event was marked by the official establishment of the NPO “History of the Future”
The main tasks of the new organization will be implementation of activities aimed at creating an international community of student youth, assistance in employment, educating young specialists, involving students in the activities of the third sector and conducting academic and educational events.
Rector Bezborodov opened the event by saying: “Non-profit youth organizations today are one of our most powerful channels of interaction with the public; the development of this industry is extremely important for the prosperity of the entire country and RSUH in particular”.
Deputy Director of the Department of Information Policy and Integrated Security of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Beklyamishev, said: “One of the main features of NPOs is the ability to support initiatives and ideas in situations where there is a lack of government regulation, lack of flexibility in resolving issues and achieving local goals”
Chairman of the Board of History of the Future”, a graduate of RSUH, Ivan Kulakov, made a presentation in which he spoke about the goals of the organization planned for implementation in the near future. Particular attention was paid to youth meetings and round tables already held abroad, organized jointly with the Center for Consulting NPOs and the NPO “Diplomacy of Knowledge” of RSUH.
The main event was the signing of an agreement on cooperation between RSUH and the NPO to promote and support youth student initiatives “History of the Future”.
