A session of the Academic Council took place at RSUH.
At the session, the results of the work of the RSUH Academic Council in the past academic year were summed up, and the plan for the next academic year was approved.
New deans of three faculties of the RSUH Institute of Law were elected. They became:
Also, seven new heads of departments and four faculty members were elected. RSUH employees who had made a significant contribution to the development of the system of higher education in Russia received awards. The prestigious title "Honorary Worker of the Field of Education of the Russian Federation" was awarded to the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy Svetlana Konacheva.
Honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia were presented to Associate Professor of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics of the Institute of Linguistics Tatyana Bazzhina, Director of the Center of Digital Sociology "Yadov Center" Olga Kryshtanovskaya, faculty member of the College of RSUH Olga Semyonova, and Professor of the Department of Management of the Faculty of Management of Galina Shishkova.
An important part of the agenda was the approval of new versions of curricula for the training in graduate studies and postgraduate programs. The Council members unanimously approved a package of local regulatory acts, including Regulations on the International Institute of New Educational Technologies, on the Conference of Employees and Students, as well as the new Regulations on the work of the Academic Council itself. As part of the optimization, it was decided to liquidate the Training Center for Foreign Languages and the Higher School of Documentation Studies and Archival Affairs at the RSUH Institute of Continuing Education. Also, the Council established an increase in all types of scholarships from September 1, 2025, for students of higher education programs. At the end of the session, the candidacies of the chairmen of the State Examination Commissions for conducting the State Final Attestation in programs of secondary vocational education in 2026 were approved.
