Dr. Ivchenko, Director of the Institute, named human resources, network relations and room to maneuver the most important elements for the Institute’s development. 

This speech was delivered at the ceremony where the Confucius Institute of RSUH was voted the best of Russia. 28 out of 500 Confucius Institutes of the world were deemed worthy of such an award.
