The event took place November 1-2, co-organized by the Freie Universitat Berlin, DAAD, DWIH and Werner Petersen Foundation. Both Russian and foreign liberal arts specialists noted the positive public reaction to the event which once again underscored the importance of humanities for the development of modern society.
