Student Affairs Department explained how to get a proximity bank card

“We remind you that in order to have your scholarship transferred to you, you can get a VTB or a Sberbank card. This will not only save your time, but also save your health, since you will not have to touch actual money! ” – Student Affairs Dept.

Getting a card and a bank account is necessary for the transfer of all payments. The issuance of the card takes place in the presence of the student. Cards are free, with no maintenance costs.

• to get the VTB instant card, go to the VTB Bank branch at the following address: Dolgorukovskaya, Bld. 40 (near metro Novoslobodskaya).
• to get the Sberbank card, you go to Sberbank at Novoslobodskaya, Bld.16 (near metro Mendeleevskaya).

This nominal card is no different from a regular bank card: it also has a magnetic strip, card number, CVV code and a security chip. It differs from other cards only in that it is issued without embossing the customer’s name.

• For Russian students: you only need to have a passport with you.
• For international students: you must have your passport + visa, a notarized passport translation and your migration card.

After opening an account, you must send the routing details and an application for the transfer of funds to starina.l@rggu.ru.

In order to receive the April payments, you must send it in by April 16.
