On the eve of the anniversary of the Victory, the project «Historical memory» was launched, carrying out active work to implement an initiative to award the Soviet partisans who had fought for the liberation of Belgium.
This proposal was made by the coordinator of the project «Historical memory», State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein at a meeting of the Our Victory steering committee. The project working group includes Dr. Maria Pushkova, Director of the Benelux Center of RSUH.
