The Forum was held November 28, 2019, organized by the Department of PR, Tourism and Hospitality at the School of History, Political Science and Law.
The topics the Forum focused upon were modern technologies and innovations in hotel business.
Mr. Veniamin Sapozhnikov (Breeze-Line Company) talked about new cruises out of St.-Petersburg and the new Ocean Medallion AI technology employed on some of their ships.
Ms. Tamara Rybakova (Director of Gulyay-Gorod Country Club) spoke on the subject of glamcamping.
Mr. Stefan Busch, a renowned expert in international hotel business, spoke on the subject of integrated restaurants and the development of this concept in Russia.
Ms. Polina Rybakova, travel journalist and travel blogger spoke on the cooperation between hotels and travel-bloggers.
Dr. Andrey Pereverzev, professor at the Department of PR, Tourism and Hospitality at the School of History, spoke on the subject of innovations in river cruises
