The Conference was held on November 12, organized by the Department of International Relations and Foreign Area Studies. Undergraduate and graduate students took part in the event, which comprised four sections. Section 1 (moderated by Dr. Romanenko, professor at the Department of Foreign Area Studies , and Dr. Kryuchkova, professor at the Department of Foreign Area Studies) included presentations on the topic of sources and historical methods in research of international relations. Section 2 (moderated by Dr. Knyazeva, professor at the Department of Foreign Area Studies, and Dr. Trukhachev, professor at the Department of Foreign Area Studies) focused on the factor of identity in theory and history of international relations. Section 3 (moderated by Dr. Khlopov, professor at the Department of American Research, and Dr. Bondarev, professor at the Department of Foreign Area Studies) united presenters on the topic of international analysis of global and regional processes. Section 4 (moderated by Dr. Zhuravlyova, Chair of the Department of American Research) focused on the socio-constructivist approach to studying international relations and foreign area studies.
