The parade was held on the Vorobievy Gory on September 14, 2019, with about 600 RSUH students participating.

The Parade, by its sheer scale and importance, is a unique event, created to unite Moscow students, letting them feel like members of a large extended family.

Our students enjoyed immensely this gigantic youth event. The feelings among our students were truly enjoyable, vibrant and engrossing.
Here’s just a few of comments from our freshmen:
David Preis (School of Art History) “It was great! Everyone was having fun, some were dancing, some singing. Everyone got into the spirit as we were marching along”.
Elizaveta Nenenkova (Institute of Philology and History) Not a single university had the drive RSUH had. It was unreal!”
Veronika Lomakina (Institute of post-Soviet and inter-Regional studies) “I enjoyed the Parade immensely. The atmosphere was ideally upheld by music, chants, objects with the RSUH insignia as well as by the efforts of the seniors. Despite the weather the day was full of interesting meetings and warm feelings”.
Anya Andriyanova (Institute of Psychology) “The Parade has shown once again how strong we are when united. I was happy to be able to demonstrate to other universities how many good people we had”.
Ekaterina Vasilyeva (Department of Advertising and PR) “Never regretted going to the Parade. There was a definite sense of unity with all the freshmen, and a lot of enjoyable communication”.
Aleksandra Mitla (Institute of linguistics) “The event will be remembered by everyone for a long time: excellent organizing, the Parade itself, the Student Vow and the concert – everything was performed without a glitch. We had just the greatest time, meeting new students from RSUH and other universities”.
On the part of RSUH, the event was organized by students’ self-governing bodies: Joint Council of Students, the Student Union, supported by the Office of Student Affairs as well as some select students from various departments.Kseniya Degtyaryova
