The event took place March 6-7 at the Center for Folklore Typology and Semiotics. The goal of the Conference is to provide academic environment for young scholars, forge ties between colleagues, Russian as well as foreign. The topics of lectures included research (Dr. Neklyudov), folklore in the fairy tale “12 months” (Dr. Levkievskaya), semiotic ideologies and academic writing (Dr. Rychkova).
27 young scholars participated in the conference, from Russia and abroad: Lithuania, Poland and Serbia.
