The event took place February 21, organized by the International Union of German Culture and supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the RF, as well as by Federal Agency for the Affairs of Nationalities and RSUH. February 21 is the UNESCO-announced International Mother Language Day.
The Dictation was opened to people of all levels and all the participants received certificates.
