The Festival opened 11 December 2018 at RSUH, organized by the Department of Foreign Languages of the Institute of History and Archives and Student Affairs Office.
The Festival comprised round tables, debates, games, poetry recitals, drama pieces and singing. Over 200 students came and enjoyed the event.
The working languages of the Festival were English, French, German and Spanish.
Dr. Khalilova, Chair of the Department of English, stressed in the welcoming speech the importance of learning foreign languages when studying history and culture of other nations.
The Festival ends December 19.
