The conference took place 22-24 October 2018. It marked the 100th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Meletinsky, founder of comparative and typological folklore studies. The Conference was organized by the Meletinsky Institute and Folklore Center of RSUH.
The sections were
· Mythology
· Epic literature studies
· Fairy tales studies
The conference also included a presentation of new editions of Meletinsky’s books as well as modern works, both in journal and book format.
