President Pivovar delivered a lecture at the Russian Center of the University of Salzburg
The lecture was read 11 October 2018 within the framework of the project “First wave of Russian emigration in history and culture of Europe”.
President Pivovar spoke about Russian diasporas that had been the cornerstone of the “other Russia” coming into existence in the 1920-1930s.
The emigration, while retaining its cultural and language identity, has adapted to various political, economic and cultural environments, has, in its turn, contributed a lot to them.
