The Ceremony took place September 7, 2018, in RSUH patio.
It began with a drumming show after which Rector Bezborodov welcomed the freshmen to the University. In his speech he touched upon the uniqueness of RSUH-based education, mentioning, among other things, the wide range of programs and departments as well as the possibilities that would be open for RSUH graduates in Russia and abroad.
Then a speech was delivered by President Pivovar. He said that despite the pleasures that the student life afforded one should not forget to get the most of one’s education.
The ceremony was continued by words from Vice-Rector Bolkvadze and a performance by RSUH Theater Studio.
Then everybody proceeded to the Central Hall for a concert performance of the winners of the “Seven Notes” festival and a celebratory lottery.
