The conference was held in Moscow May 14-17. It was aimed at establishing cooperation between universities of Russia and the CIS countries and foreign institutions and recruiting agencies as well as creating exchange programs. Representatives from the universities of Europe, Asia, Africa and both Americas came to Moscow to discuss these questions with the faculty of Russian and CIS universities.
In the course of the meetings multiple agreements were reached and new mechanisms worked out to attract more undergraduate and graduate students to RSUH, which included the assistance from recruiting agencies of Spain, Cyprus, Turkey and other countries.
