A new book by Dr. Ershova “The phenomenon of kinship in the social organization of the ancient Mayans”
Dr. Ershova is Director of the Knorozov Mesoamerican Center and Head of Center of Interdisciplinary Research.
In the book (published by RSUH university press) the author treats a very archaic phenomenon that acts as a link between a biological organization to a complex social system eventually leading to an anthroposystem. The book is of interest to historians, anthropologists, ethnographers, political science experts, linguists and American Studies scholars.
