The exhibition was opened February 24, organized by RSUH jointly with Pushkin State Museum of Art and Tsvetaev Art Museum.
The event was dedicated to the statue of Nemtihotep which had been damaged in 2008 and had spent a long time unexhibited.
The statue belongs to the so-called “caped statues” series characteristic for the Middle Kingdom of 12-18th BC.
