Dr. Gorelik, Director of the UN Information Center gave a lecture on genocide at the Institute of History and Archives
The lecture was read on December 7.
Dr. Gorelik talked about the way the term “genocide” was treated in international law, about the history of the convention for the prevention of genocide and about the assistance to the victims of genocide.
Dr. Altman, Director of RSUH Holocaust and Genocide Research Center, talked about joint projects with the UN Information Center.
