The event was held November 26, celebrating the 200^th anniversary of Otto von Bismarck. In the opening speech Rector Pivovar thanked the organizers and Mr von Fritsch, the Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Germany. 

 

The Rector also said that the cooperation between RSUH and German universities continued to develop. Mr. Fritsch said the Yalta and Potsdam principles were still applicable and were worth remembering and not invented anew.
