The Readings opened November 16 with the speech by Professor Arkhipova, Director of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs. 

 

Representatives of leading Russian universities and research centers as well as experts from the US, Brazil, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Greece, took part in the proceedings.
