The event took place October 12, held with the support of the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Ministry of Education and Science and the State Duma Education Committee.
Rector Pivovar said in the opening speech that the Russian-Egyptian cooperation had been a tradition that took shape in the 1990s.
Mr. Mohammed Elbadri, the Ambassador of Egypt in Russia, pointed out that the relations between the two countries had been developing not only in the fields of politics, economics and tourism, but also as relations between people thus necessitating an investment in the realization of human potential, and first of all, education.
