The event was held April 22 at the Institute of History and Archives. The seminar was conducted by Dr. Varlamova, vice-dean of the School of Document Studies and Technotronic Archives.

Present at the seminar were RSUH faculty, students, professional document managers, ROSSTANDART and business representatives.
