Discussion of safety and development of this concept in Contemporary history has become a topical issue for both countries.
The event took place on November 6 at which raised were the topics of russification and germanization of non-metropolitan areas in various periods, development of state security in Russia and GDR, and new challenges in the globalized and integrated environment.
