The event, organized by the Institute of Linguistics, took place on October 21 with participating researchers from Russia, Czech Republic, Finland, Belarus and Ukraine. Among the issues discussed were the coexistence of kindred languages, language competition vs language conflict. The presentations and talks will be published in November.
