On September 25 Mr. Victor Gorbunov defended his thesis “History and new technologies”, the work carried out within the framework of the joint program between the Dept of History and Archives at RSUH and École Nationale des Chartes in France. Dr. Khorkhordina, Head of the Program, pointed out the importance of the joint MA program as a means to strengthen the intellectual and cultural ties between the two countries.
