This educational cycle is made possible at RSUH with the assistance of the Foundation for supporting and protecting the rights of compatriots living abroad, founded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Rector Pivovar and Mr. Panevkin, Acting Director of the Foundation, took part in the proceedings.
