All-Russian educational expedition “From Teacher to Scientist. The Civic Roads” was among the laureates of the award “For Commitment to Science”

The ceremony of awarding the winners of the IX All-Russian Prize “For Commitment to Science” took place in the Zaryadye Concert Hall. In the “Mentor” category, third place was taken by the educational expedition “From Teacher to Scientist. The Civic Roads", a project of the All-Russian competition "My Country - My Russia" of the presidential platform "Russia - the Land of Opportunities"

Residents from 78 regions of Russia took part in the event. The All-Russian expedition “From Teacher to Scientist. The Civic Roads" was among the laureates in the special nomination "Mentor", which had been established in the Year of the Teacher and Mentor on the initiative of the Russian Academy of Education.

As part of the All-Russian educational expedition “From Teacher to Scientist. The Civic Roads ", young scientists, selected on a competitive basis, went to the best teachers from all regions of Russia to collect their unique author's practices.

The “Commitment to Science” Award has been give out since 2015 for outstanding achievements in the field of science communication and popularization of science. Its organizer is the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.

The competition “My Country – My Russia” is being implemented within the framework of the federal project “Social Elevators for Everyone” of the national project “Education”.
