The delegation comprised by Prof. Dr. Priya Radhakrishnan from India, Prof. Kuyadi Radhakrishnan also representing India and Russian Hindi language teacher Prof. Dmitry Bobkov.
The event was organized by the International Centre for South Asian Studies of the RSUH.
During the meeting, participants deliberated over organizing a collaborative Fourth International Regional Conference titled "The Development of the Hindi Language in the Modern Era and Its Future."
Scheduled for 2026 this event will take place at the Institute of International Relations of the Kazan Federal University. The primary objective of the forum is to promote the Hindi language globally while enhancing its practical usage across international communities.
Prof. Priya Radhakrishnan serves as Visiting Professor from the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), teaching Hindi at the Centre for Indian Studies, Institute of International Relations, History and Oriental Studies, Kazan Federal University.
Prof. Radhakrishnan Kuyadi specializes in teaching yoga and holds certification as an accredited yoga instructor.
In October 2025, the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) granted the Centre for Indian Studies the status of "ICCR-supported" with a plaque unveiling ceremony. On November 19, 2025, the inauguration ceremony of the Indian Consulates General in Kazan and Yekaterinburg took place at the Indian Embassy in Moscow. Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, who was visiting Moscow, attended the event.
