II International online conference “Issues and challenges in translation and translation studies in Russian and South Asian studies” was held on September, 29-30, 2021 at Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH)
About 100 participants took place in the conference dedicated to International Translation Day.About 80 scholars and translators /interpreters presented their paper and shared their experiences and research results on all aspects of theory and methods of translation from Russian into Indian and South Asian languages and vice versa, translation studies and comparative literature. Russian and Indian students presented their reports concerning the translations studies of commercials, short films and cartoons from Hindi, Marathi into Russian and vice versa.
This was a joint project of 6 universities:
