Necessary information for our foreign students upon arrival

Dear students, аfter your arrival at RSUH, you should come to the Department for International Relations  (bldg. 6, 3rd floor, room № 300) during 5 working days and hand in you passport with a migration card for the  registration. In case of failure to comply with the requirements the fine is paid by the student, up to deportation from the country. Instead of the passport  you are given an official paper which confirms that your documents have been taken for the registration. The passport registration procedure usually takes 2-4 weeks.

In the Department for International Relations a foreign student fills in the questionnaire in English or Russian, receives the student's card, makes out a preferential card for a municipal transport. The student can sign a Voluntary medical insurance (room № 300) which costs 5950 roubles (approx. 200 USD) for a year. The insurance includes: a call to the doctor, a first aid call, the reference to experts in special outpatients’ clinic (except dentist’s services ).

The foreign students who come to RSUH with the scholarship according to the Agreements between universities can ask for the scholarship from 25-27 dates of each month in cash desk of RSUH (room №115). It is necessary to have the student's card for the receiving the scholarship. The cash desk works from 1.00 p.m. till 4.30 p.m.
