The training of lawyers at RSUH entails a comprehensive education in humanities, allowing the students to form an active life position based on professional knowledge, making them capable of practicing and enforcing law in various areas of state and public life. Students learn to correctly apply legal norms, implement substantive and procedural law in professional activities in the field of civil, family, inheritance, housing and labor relations; represent citizens and legal entities in courts, government bodies, as well as in relations with counterparties; carry out extrajudicial protection of the rights of citizens and legal entities; draw up legal documents, including agreements, constituent documents of legal entities, etc.

Types of occupation: law enforcement.

Key disciplines of the program: civil law training combines classical legal education with an in-depth study of private law disciplines (including civil and family law, housing law, civil and arbitration proceedings, labor law, intellectual property law, inheritance law etc.), all of which trains the specialists capable of carrying out qualified legal activity in the field of civil law.

Areas of occupation: in modern society, professional civil lawyers are in constant demand in the labor market. The education opens up wide employment opportunities. Graduates can work in legal services and HR departments of organizations of any form of ownership, in legislative and executive authorities, in judicial and law enforcement bodies, carry out professional activities as a notary, lawyer, arbitrator, create and legally support their own business.
