Vice-Rector Pavlenko was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Chairman of the Federation Council

On March 2, 2023, First Vice-Rector Pavlenko was awarded a Certificate of Honor signed by Dr. Matvienko, Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation "for many years of conscientious work, a great contribution to the development of science and education and the training of highly qualified specialists".
