Vestnik Kavkaza: The School of history of Moscow State University hosted a meeting with veterans and the Ambassador of Armenia in Russia

The event was timed to coincide with the 66th Victory anniversary.

Vestnik Kavkaza: The School of history of Moscow State University hosted a meeting with veterans and the Ambassador of Armenia in Russia

The event was timed to coincide with the 66^th Victory anniversary.  It was organized jointly by the School of History and the Armenian Embassy in Russia.

Dr. Karpov, Dean of the School, and Dr. Pivovar gave the opening speeches in which they said, among other things, that the Victory had been achieved through the joint effort of all peoples of Russia, including the Armenians.

The Ambassador of Armenia said that the Victory had been a true example of the friendship between the two nations.
