On November, 27th, 2002 RSUH together with the Ruhr university in Bochum (Germany) conducted a seminar dedicated to development of the program « the International master on the Ruhr and European cultural science » initiated by the Ruhr university.

On November, 27th, 2002 RSUH together with the Ruhr university in Bochum (Germany) conducted a seminar dedicated to development of the program « the International master on the Ruhr and European cultural science » initiated by the Ruhr university.
During the discussion directions of joint activity were determined, three working groups on development of the program were created, legal and technical questions were settled. The beginning of realization of the program is planned for 2005. In end of the training delivery of the double diploma is supposed (RSUH and the Ruhr university).
